In March 1990 I went to my doctor for trouble with my neck and arm. After wearing a neck brace, X-rays, cat scans, Neuro-physiologist and nerve conduction tests it was recommended that I had an operation on vertebrae in my neck. I didn’t like that idea very much so started my two leaves a day and now am able to look up or over my shoulder, do not have trouble with my arm and hand and have not had the operation.
Numerous other people who have used the plant since then have had obvious, visible relief and in some cases have X-rays and so on of their previous condition which they state no longer exists and certainly is not visible. Some are willing to be medically examined.
My wife and I have been using the plant for over two years to date and have not noticed any side effects, in fact it appears to have been beneficial in a number of other ways."

9.11.96 UPDATE
Since writing this in 1993 the following has happened.
My experience over the last 3 years (Elke Roland, the proprietor of the Riverhouse Herb Farm).
I have never suffered from arthritis, but four years ago I got those bumps or knots in my finger joint. They were aching in winter. So I decided to take Pennywort religiously, 2 leaves the size of a 50 cents coin every day. Now there are no more aches and there is only one little bump left on my forefinger.
By my experience I am convinced it has helped me.
30.6.00 UPDATE
It is now 4 years since I started to use pennywort. I have kept arthritis at bay and only the small bump on my forefinger is still there. No aches or pain or swelling. But if I stop using pennywort it all comes back.

Perhaps you would care to mention, when next you add to your site, that pennywort has other properties as well as helping overcome arthritis pain. If you'll bear with me, I'll tell you a story.
I went to my doctor because I had a pain, or rather, a permanent ache, in my left testicle. Being nearly 70, I was concerned that it may be something to do with my prostate. Off I was sent to have a scan of my urinary tract, no problems. The ache/pain was still there, so I read up about what could be causing it. Back to the doctor, this time for an ultrasound of my testicles, result, varicocele.
OK, what to do? Well, says he, unless you want to go to a specialist and have them injected, there is nothing to be done. Here is a prescription for 300 painkillers, you can take up to 8 per day (good for kidneys)?
I remembered reading about some of the properties of pennywort, and as I have some growing in my garden, started taking it, 2 leaves per day. Been 3 weeks now, and guess what? Pains gone.
I send you this so that perhaps other men who have this sort of problem can be informed about this magical plant.
