The seeds are packaged when I receive orders, this way I have no old stock.
My climate is hot in Summer up to 40°+Celsius and cold in Winter. We get frost, the coldest temperature we had was -4°Celsius in our hot house.

Quantity per Packet:
There are 10 - 25+ chilli seeds per packet depending on varieties. I have very limited seeds with some of the rarer varieties. Once I grow the chillies I have imported and have a good crop I can give more seeds (25+). I don't wholesale, I am a reseller.
ER This indicates that the chilli seeds are of my own plants. They are also organically grown.
ANAHEIM chilli-pepper, heat: 2, mild
This variety is 300 years old and is also known as chile Colorado. The fruit is 15 cm long. Excellent stuffed, in soups, stews and sauces. Use as well for pickling and drying.

ANCHO chilli-pepper, heat: 4, mild
Anchos are commonly used in sauces called moles. Mild chilli-pepper, but still hot enough for me.

This heirloom was collected in Curico, Chile. The long, thin chilli-pepper has delicious flavour and is only mildly hot, one of the pest pickling peppers. Pick the creamy-yellow fruit immature for best flavour.
This new chilli has become one of my favourites. The chillies are a beautiful yellow changing to a bright red when ripe. If you like chillies, and plenty of them then this one is for you. Good looking plant with lots of extremely attractive chillies. Limited stock.
Very unusual and versatile chilli. The ripe fruit is bright red and crinkly, excellent for frying and freezing.
to the topA variety selected from a native New Mexico Chile years ago. Ripens red and though not as uniform as most improved variety it has a pungent heat that makes it still the most popular heirloom chilli-pepper of New Mexico and the hottest, very nice! Pods are 5 to 7 inches in length to 1 to 2 inches in width. It is a hot variety with a heat level ranging from 15-30,000 scovilles. Ripens red from green.
A strikingly beautiful, ornamental hot pepper plant. Leaves and stems are purple-green with a satin sheen. Young foliage and growing tips are variegated with colours of green, purple, and creamy-white. Leaves are small (21/2 to 5cm long), and the undersides are green with purple venation. Plants are sturdy, hardy, and well branched, and may reach a height of 5 feet when well grown. Flowers are purple with greenish-purple stamens. The pendant fruits ripen from greenish-purple to purple-orange to red, and provide a colourful accent to the purple foliage. Fruits are small (3/8" x 7/8"), abundant, hot, and because they separate readily from the plant they are easy to harvest. Compared to 'Royal Black', 'Bellingrath Gardens Purple' is more variegated. Recommended enthusiastically for ornamental gardens, colourful hot pepper vinegars, and spicy cuisine.

This rare variety from Ethiopia produces lots of pods over a long period, that change from green to a rich chocolate brown. These chillies have a rich smoky flavour and aroma, and radiate some serious heat. Limited stock
Small to medium 36-40cm chilli plant from Bermuda. The chillies are 7cm long, thick fleshed and matures from pale green to red. The upright pods become pendant. Ideal chilli to grow in a pot. Limited stock
Unique, black-coloured fruit that are the shape of a Jalapeno. They are mildly hot and have a delicious flavour. The tall plants have beautiful purple flowers that make this variety very ornamental.

This stunning mild edible, ornamental chilli-pepper has caused a lot of attention in the nursery. The chilli-peppers are medium size and black, maturing to red. There will be black and red chilli-peppers on the bush at the same time. If you never eat chilli-peppers this one is a must have for the ornamental garden or as a pot plant.

The almost square fruit is 6-7cm x 3-4cm.Part of the green fruit turns red and all red when ripe. You will have green, bicolour (green&red) and red chilli-peppers all on the same bush. Very pretty. This chilli-pepper is favoured by the locals of coastal northern Western Australia. The 1.6m bushes bear fruit all year round.
MALAYSIAN CABAI BURONG chilli-pepper heat: 6 (Capsicum frutescens)
This chilli-pepper comes from Malaysia and adds authentic flavour to all Malay dishes. It combines well with Beef, pork, chicken, lamb, prawns, shellfish, fish tomatoes, lime juice and coconut.

Select large type cultivar from Portugal that is relished throughout Spain, Italy, Greece and other countries for its spicy flavour rather than bland heat. Long, Extremely Thick, curved, & Spicy!
LONGEST HOT PEPPER ON PLANET EARTH. This incredible pepper averages 21 to 23cm. We obtained these special seeds from the USA. The sturdy plant grows to 91cm.

CHINESE CHI-CHIEN, rare chilli-pepper heat: hot (C. annuum)
Chi-Chien produces very hot, thin-skin red peppers, that can be used fresh for cooking or dried for storage and future use. The medium size peppers are popular for cooking in many hot spicy Chinese foods. This variety is also an ideal ornamental plant in the gardens.

Mild, Jalapeno-shaped fruit that have a fruity, cinnamon flavour, dark purple almost black in colour. The plants are very dark green with purple stems, ornamental and productive. Perfect for specialty markets and gourmet chefs. This heirloom was collected from the Czech Republic.
From Chihuahua, Mexico I offer the famous "Birds Beak" Chilli! Tree-like plants that reach 3'-4' tall and produce these wonderful Cayenne type chilli's that are usually ground into fantastic powders or dried for "Ristras". A very nice hot and smoky flavour that has won over many sauce connoisseurs!
This chilli-pepper changes colour from white, yellow, orange to bright red. The fruit is up to 6cm and grows on a small neat bush. Can be used in salsas, stews and stir fries.

It has taken me 2 years to be able to offer this stunning chilli. The leaves on this plant are sensational fluorescent purple and white. It is the most amazing foliage I have seen. But there is more. The florescent purple and white foliage is surrounded by little hot dynamos that turn from green, to purple, then to red when ripe. This chilli is highly recommended for gardeners who have difficulty starting seed indoors. Easy to germinate, transplant and grow. It is such a beautiful ornamental, even if you don't eat chillies.
This select Italian heirloom chilli is also known as "Piccante di Cajenna" and "Zenzero". It offers brilliant glossy hot red fruits with the classic hot chilli taste. A very long cayenna which is typical of Italian strains. A true Italian Cayenne Heirloom!

This is one of the hotter chilli-peppers. Neat ornamental bush, chilli-peppers change colour from green, orange when ripe.

This chilli-pepper is like the orange variety with red chilli-peppers.
This chilli-pepper is "VERY" hot even for a Habanero. Well grown it produces high yields in 110 days. The chilli fruit is 3.5 to 5cm long. Harvest the chillies when they turn a chocolate brown. The pungent Chocolate Habanero is from The West Indies and is also known as Congo Black. The fruit is dark green turning brown at maturity. It has a rich peppery flavour.
The Chocolate Habanero is one of hottest of the large-fruited Habanero types. It is the favourite chilli-pepper in the Caribbean. It is used to make barbecue sauces and marinades with a unique rich flavour. The chillies can be dried and smoked like the Chipotle, to produce an exquisite flavoured sauce. Limited stock
HUNGARIAN YELLOW WAX chilli-pepper, heat: 4, mild
Very thin and very hot glossy elongated curved fruits. A fine gourmet cooking pepper.
One of the milder chilli-peppers. The yellow fruit tapers to a point and turns red when ripe. This chilli-pepper is good for the cooler areas. The fruit is 12-20cm.

An heirloom from Korea, 2' tall plants have dark green foliage and produce 3"-4" slender peppers that are dark green to red in colour. Very spicy and hot, this delicious pepper is great for Kim Chee and other Korean dishes.

One of my most popular chilli pepper. I have grown this variety for the second season. I have impatiently waited for a while to see it flowering and set fruit. It was worth it. The bush is medium tall. The fruit is unusually shaped and turns from green to a beautiful rich lemon colour. But there is more.. it has a citrus flavour! The fruit is very solid in texture and heavy. It will give you a plentiful crop.

Heirloom from a food market in Lombak, Indonesia. An excellent hot drying chilli-pepper with a great taste and rich colour. Fruits measure 1" at the shoulder and taper to 5 to 6" long. The lower third of the fruit is without heat and may be eaten like a sweet pepper. One of the best dried peppers. Fruit ranges from green > orange > red when ripe.
Uses: Drying, Indian Cuisine
Mature fruit is red, up to 75 mm long and bell shaped. Very unusual, it has blue flowers and black seeds. Hardy perennial and the best chilli-pepper for cooler climates. Used for salsas, sauces and stuffed.
Incredibly hot peppers that are round and are smaller than peas. They are used as a seasoning in Mexico for beans and stews. They turn fiery red when ripe and are easy to dry. The seeds were collected near Topic, Mexico. Limited stock
Very hot and flavourful Mexican chilly. "Mirasol" means "Looking at the Sun" which describes its erect growth habit. Fruits ripen from green to translucent red an have a fruity flavour. Wonderful to flavour and colour soup, stew and chicken. Gives a yellow colour. Use green in salsa and guacamole.
Considered in New Mexico and the Southwest for that matter as the finest chili rellano variety available. 6" long pods are 1 1/2" in diameter with thick walls and a medium heat with good taste. Selected from native New Mexico Chillies in the late 1940's and standardized by the 1950's as the premium chilli-pepper variety in New Mexico.
chilli-peppers MIXED, seeds
These are assorted chilli-pepper seeds. They are not separately named. Some of them rare and I don't have enough to offer them with the named varieties yet. They come in different colours, shapes and heat range.
This is an other brand new variety and an other winner. It belongs to the Habanero family. The fruit is green to start with and changes to orange and is red on maturity. The chilli-peppers are flat, therefore the name Mushroom chilli-pepper. You can see a photo on top on the right hand site of this page. Pretty plant .

This is the longest chilli-pepper of the elongate varieties, Anaheim/New Mex Type. The fruit grows to 30cm long, on 1.5 metre plants. the plants need support and should be staked. Uses: Large Stuffing, Prolific, Roasting, Fried/Stir-Fried, Canning/Processing. Excellent fried with eggs for breakfast. This makes a vitamin packed breakfast.
PASILLA BAJIO chilli-pepper, heat: 8.5, mild
Mild-sweet-hot, fruit is dark green, turning brown as it ripens. This pepper is used in Mexican “mole” sauces, tasty.

This Italian chilli-pepper is the perfect pickling pepper. Good raw and cooked too. Bushy plant gives good sun protection. Easy to grow.
Peter is also called the "X-rated chilli" for a very good reason. This is one of the most unusual chillies in the world. Wrinkled and bent in all directions! Peter is a hot and versatile chilli. The chillies hang downwards and prefer the shade of their own leaves. Peter requires full sun in a wind-free area.

POBLANO chilli-pepper, heat: 4, mild
Ancho is the dried form of Poblano. This chilli-pepper is good for stuffing and has a delicious distinctive flavour. The fruit is dark green turning to a reddish brown when ripe. The bush grows to 90cm.
to the topfavourite chilli-pepper direct from Mexico. Rather LARGE & HOT! It has been tested at around 6,000 Scovilles! One of the finest chilli-pepper, double the size of many other varieties reaching 4 inches in length, very plump and tapered.

Rounded with furrows, tapered to a point, orange-yellow to deep red when ripe, 25mm long, 40mm diameter, add to salsas, makes excellent seasoning.
'Royal Black' makes a beautiful backdrop for a bed of flowers. For culinary use, the red fruits make a convincing and long lasting impression on the palate - definitely on the dark side of the "Force"! You can use the fruits (both purple and red) in colourful hot vinegars. The foliage and stems are dark-purple, almost black with an occasional variegated growing tip of green, purple, and creamy white. The undersides of the leaves are green with purple venation. The red fruits add a further accent, appearing like crown jewels on a botanical tapestry of deep purple. Bullet-shaped fruits measuring 1/2" wide by 1-1/4" high, are borne upright on 3 foot well-branched plants, Foliage has an oriental quality.

This South Pacific beauty has firecracker chilli-peppers. The compact bush grows to no more than half a metre. The conical red fruit grows in clusters on the top. Very attractive.
Sandia pods average 6.64 inches in length and 1.58 inches in width. It is one of the hotter long green New Mexico type peppers, with a heat level ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 scovilles. This is one of the finest of all market chilli-pepper from New Mexico and extremely popular!
Also known as "Cilegia Picante" and "Baccio de Satana". An Italian golf ball sized red pepper actually very hot and spicy known to be stuffed with Anchovies and Mozzarella then grilled. A premium Italian Heirloom not found often here in Australia.
3 1/2" x 1 3/4" pods with medium thick walls turn from a bright yellow to deep orange and finally a reddish-orange. A very hot and wonderful selection to add some fire! Tobacco Mosaic Resistant!

SERRANO chilli-pepper, heat: 7
Serrano chilli-peppers are excellent in salsas, pickled or roasted and used in sauces. The chilli-peppers are thick fleshed, have a clean biting heat.

This chilli-pepper is used for the famous "Tabasco Sauce". Thin fleshed and varies in colour from yellow, orange to red. Highly ornamental. If you never eat it, its worth a place in your garden.
An original variety used for the infamous hot Tabasco sauce! A true heirloom and Cajun culinary delight!
TEPIN (CHILTEPIN) chilli-pepper, seeds, heat: 10
The small round chilli-peppers are red when ripe and have thin flesh. The fruit is 12mm and fiery hot but dissipates quickly. The bush is perennial in frost free area and grows to 1.5m, cropping all year. Good in salsas, soups and stews.
A must for spicy Thai dishes, but goes well in other cuisines. Perfect bush for pot plant 30cm high x 25cm wide. Covered with tiny upright crimson fruit 1.5 cm long

Compact bush to 1m, tapered fruit to 40mm, green changing to red useful for hot chilli-pepper vinegar, best harvested when red, suitable for drying.
Heart shaped fruit to 40mm. The chilli-peppers change from purple to yellow, gold and ripen to red. Very pretty. The plants make an attractive border to 30cm.
