Then type in your details and print the form. Or you could type in your details on the net on the order form and then print it. I prefer if you type your details. Sometimes I have a real problem trying to read the details on some order forms which were not typed. Don't forget to insert your email address. This is so I can contact you if there is a problem and also I can let you know when I have posted your order. (Sometimes I manage to post your order but don't have enough time to send an email). If you have no Printer You are welcome to write your order and details on a piece of paper if you have no printer or you access my website from an Internet Cafe. Please print it in a neat fashion so I can read it. P&H (Postage & Handling) When filling in the details on the order form make sure you add up the total correctly and don't forget the P&H (Postage & Handling) You can now print your order and it is ready for you to post. Also send your payment, money order or cash only. Payment The only payment I accept is cash or money order. Obviously money order is the better option. I do NOT accept cheques, money transfer or direct debit. So there is no need to send me an email and ask. What is a Money Order It has come to my attention that some people may not know what a money order is and were you get it from. You can get a money order from your Post office. Ask them to make the money order out in my name "Elke Roland" and the total of your order. Make sure you included the P&H (Postage & Handling). You also have the option to register your order. When I cash your money order I have to show my ID (drivers licence). Which means that only I can cash your money order. You can even check if I have cashed your money order. Enclose your money order plus the order form in an envelop and snail mail it to my address. You can register your letter if you are concerned to send the money order by mail. What is Registration When you fill in my order form you can choose that your order is registered. At this stage I have only given this option with Spirulina. When I post your order I pay the registration fee to Australia Post. This way there is a tracking number in case your order gets lost. I take no responsibility if your order gets lost by Australia Post and it is not registered. (After all it is not my fault). When you receive your order you have to sign before you can get it. Make sure you spell my name correctly: Elke Roland To the top When do I send your Order I live in the country and go to Nowra my next town once a fortnight. That is the time when I do my shopping and post the orders. If you are unlucky I have just done my orders and you have to wait the 2 weeks. Your order may just coincide with my next trip to Nowra and you don't have to wait.   Contact Us I used to connect to the internet every 2-3 days. Now it may be every 4-6 days. I decided there is a live outside the internet. At the same time I have a lot of work to do and have to relax sometimes. So, please be patient.
